Variables in fields of databases

I have a huge request. I would like to kind of link two databases together or package some things with databases. The problem is variables dont work as values of fields in a database. My request is that all variables be able to work through a database. I espcially need it for music, and weather variables. Does this make since?

I also discovered I need variables in custom searches. Another Huge request. I would like to use the nowplaying info, or the music>category>artist to search for all of the artists albums. That way I could click a mode and see what All I have from the selected artist or I could hear a "cool" song and search for all of the tracks of the nowplaying. Does this make since?
