I added them as RSS databases and then built a screen to display both the shipped and queued. I Can post the screen if you are interested.

If anyone is looking for inspiration, DwarF over at Sage has a very cool looking Netflix plugin.

May provide some inspiration...

You have to add RSS feeds to databases which is easy if you have not done it.

Goto Neflix and the RSS page and copy the url, http://rss.netflix.com/QueueRSS?id=<youridnumberhere>. Then go into Xlobby and hit F2 and select databases. At the bottom of the page is Create New RSS Database. Put a name in, paste the URL and click Create RSS DB. Do that for each feed.

At this point if you want to tell me the skin and database names I can build the screens for you, or you can read through the Skinning Guide or I can try to walk you through it.

I will set down this evening and try to write out the steps to create a screen that I went through

Alright, I created 3 databases NF-Queue, NF-Rental, and NF-Recommend all based off the NetFlix feeds.

Image

Lets go through adding a screen and the NF-Queue it.

With Xlobby open, start the skin editor, Pause/Break key. Navigate to the Screen tab and Add subtab.
Image

Type in your new screen name like NetflixQueue then click Add. You should now have a black screen. If you want the main background image used then click the Edit sub Tab and select the background. To add the database to the screen you go back to the Screen > Add and put NF-Queue in the Category field and click add. Now you should have a box with a dashed green line and nothing in it. That is your category. Goto Item > Category > Database and find the NF-Queue Database and select it.

Image

Once you do that you will see the List of movies in your queue. You can resize the category as you wish. You probably want to add a button from the Screen > Add Button tab and assign it a Click Event of “goto:goto main” or goto what ever screen you chose.

That should get you started, nothing like a crash course.

If you have problems let me know, I got to get some sleep for now.

I got a default skin modified to do the following
-Added 3 databases under into the skins database folder.
    -Netflix button under movies
-Netflix screen with all 3 feeds on it
-Click a title and it opens the overlay with details. (Took some doing)
-Click the link on the overlay and the overlay close, browser opens and goes to Netflix page. (Sweet!! )
-Button added to the browser screen to go back to Netflix.

I can post it for those of you wanting to do the same. Note - Since the database contains personal queues I will give you the names to create the DB's as.
