You could create a database with a single entry in the Coverart parameter...your signature url.
Then place a category on the screen and tie it to this new database.
Not sure if it would automatically update, but what may work is a category refresh event, and then do a timed refresh using the XEvent plugin for every 10 or so seconds. Then this XEvent could be called on a XLobby startup so it becomes automated.
Mind you, this could be one possible way...I'm sure there are others.
