iphone 3g Application

I know this is the freeware version but with the "pay for" application no longer available directly to end users it's really all we have. So to that end is there any chance that Steven would consider writing a native iPhone 3g application that could control XL...?

Most likely not. Steven has indicated that he has stopped support of the free version (though he was nice enough to update the xweather plugin of all of us...pay and free). Now maybe someone may find this interesting enough and conjure a plugin to do it...that is your only route now.

Another option is that if Girder has a plugin already, you could control xlobby then via Girder send messages.

Take a look at Intelliphone. I haven't used it, but I've tried out the generic remote control version (Intelliremote). Even if not customised for Xlobby you might find it useful enough. The developer seems to be quite responsive, based on the forums.
