Movie Databases and Xant

I am using AMC and Xant to build my movie databases and have split my movies into Children, General & Restricted (U,G & R).

What I would like to achieve is for youngest children to be able to go to a screen with just childrens movies, older children to go to a screen with childrens and general movies and for adults to access a screen (password locked)with all movies.

It would be simplest if I could start with 3 AMC databases, one for each category, so when I add a new film it only needs to be added to the relevant Catalog. But If I do this how can I merge the results into the culmulative databases in Xlobby.

ie u.amc > umovies
u.amc + g.amc > ugmovies
u.amc + g.amc + r.amc > allmovies

How could I do this OR is there a better / simpler way of achieving the same result?

I think an easier way is to maintain a single AMC database - if you look at the documentation for the xant plugin, you can edit the xant.ini file so that it creates 3 xlobby databases from your one ant database.

The way to achieve this is put the appropriate filtering condition in xant.ini

Perfect, I have just seen the documents and will do it tonight.

Now I just need to learn how to add the additional movie screens to to Xlobby - time to read the skinning guide!
