So you are using a Dell Zino... interesting.

How is the warranty being handled?
- are these warrantied through Dell's onsite warranty?

How is IR handled since Zino does not have a built-in IR receiver?

Why Windows Vista and not Win7?
- Will the the next gen Zino will be supporting Vista? My understanding is most consumer PCs will be Win7 only.

Are these branded Dell or have you OEM'd them with a resale agreement?

The USB dongle plugs into the front of the xLobby Cube.
Why Windows Vista and not Win7? The xLobby platform does not benefit from or require the Win 7 platform to work.
