Xlobby won't load after skin change.

Hi everyone , I have been playing with Xlobby for about 1 week and would appreciate some help. If this question has already been answered please just point me in the right direction.

The default skin works fine but so far I have tried both the Colby skin and the KISS skin and have the same problem. After unzipping and installing in the skins folder and changing to either of these skins xlobby will not load properly.
The spalsh screen appears and all the loading messages but then xlobby appears to minimize to the task bar and shut down. The only way I can get it to work again is by deleting the Colby or KISS folder , restarting xlobby and changeing back to default skin.

1 = Are u using the latest exe? http://www.xlobby.com/xlobby2.zip

2 = I presume u extracted the skins keeping the reletive paths?
ie - in the colby skin folder there are the other folders like buttons & backgrounds?

I am using Xlobby 2.0 alpha , and yes there are other folders inside the Colby skin folder.

I just reinstalled Xlobby after downloading the link you posted and now everything seems to be working fine.

Actually when I have the latest exe it have happened to me to. I changed somthing on a screen-closed xlobby.Then it wouldn't open again. Luckely I also make a backup of the skin dir before I make ANY changes. I narrowed it down to the menu screen even though I didn't make any changes to the menu screen. So now when it happens I just copy the menu.xml back from my backup..
