Problem with start-up 2e time

Hello, i'm new here.

I have a problem, when i installed XL i config with F2. Add Winamp & Add My music Folder. Its scans, and complete. I can lissen to my songs then.

I installed the framework .net version 2.0.....

When i open for the second time its getting stuck in the beginning when loading database...I have add 4200 songs. When i delete music.xml it work again fine!?

any know problem or solution ?

my data directory for music = E:/T/The Doors/Album/Songs blah.mp3

There may be some character that its adding to the database that it doesn't like. Other than posting your whole db, you may just want to temporarily split up your music into a few different folders, import one section at a time until you find out what it is that is causing it to hang.

As somobody already mentioned on the forum - the best (and easiest!) check for your xml databases is to simply double click them - and they'll open up in internet explorer. Explorer will show you (at the bottom of the screen) if there are any errors in xml file, so you can just cut and paste and search for the offending line in your xml....

Sorry, i search the forum, only didnt find anything.

I found the problem when opening XML document in Internet Explorer and corrected it. now its working great!
