Can someone post up a smaple of thier Insteon HVAC set-up?

Does anyone use HVAC control? anyone... anyone??

Where do I begin.. someone please just point me in the correct direction...

Wish I could assit, but all my insteon stuff is set up w/ PowerHome, not with Xlobby. Without indepth link management tools, Insteon w/Xlobby could be very cumbersome. I will be watching this thread....hope someone else chimes in.
