dumb question

Ok

I have been wanting to start using this for a while. I just installed Baddabing's Home Theater Touchscreen Skin. I set up the 15" touch panel and the usbuirt. Ok my first question and I have tried to read everything. I have programmed the ir commands in xlobby but can not figure out how to get it to work with the skin. When I go in the skin editor and look at the buttons event it shows volume up and that I think is for the audio player on the pc? How do i get it to work with my ir devices? Is there a global setting I can change for the volume, channels, power, etc? Many questions to come and thanks in advance ;-)

There is no such thing as a dumb question. I have a question back to you though. Are you asking this to just change the command associated to a button, or are you hoping to be able to use the graphic slider functionality with something other than Winamp's volume?

If you are hoping to just associate a new command the button graphics, then it only take setting up an IR command in the events section of setup, then associate that command to the event for volume up/down.

If your hoping to still use the graphical volume slider, then your out of luck. That is hard coded to work with either Winamp or Foobar.
