my program freeses when installing

my program freeses when installing. I don´t get the program to install.
It only come to the screen that says please wait. then it stands there untill I shut it down after ca 15 min. Whats wrong with it?
I have win XP installed and the program is xlobby simplicity.

did you install the .NET framework ?

XLobby requires the .NET framework installed, you can download it for free from the link below...

what program are u trying to install? xlobby on the download page is a zip file!!!!
