Which PPC for XLobby?

Hi,

I'm in need of 2 PPCs to control XLobby. I'm looking at Dell Axims, HPs, etc. I'll be starting with Baddabings skin... Thanks Baddabing

Specifically, will the XLobby client run on Windows CE, Windows Mobile, etc? Or are there things I need to stay away from? 802.11b good enough?

Since these will only be used to control XLobby as remotes, I don't have a problem purchasing some older units off eBay, I just don't want to go so old that they aren't effective for XLobby.

Any recommendations/experiences would be appreciated, including both good and bad.

I have an old dell axim x5... it works pretty good.. i do have some connection issues... but i think its more of a wifi problem than anything...

I have an old x3i and also I have a newly aquired x30. Both work awesome for xlobby. I'm not sure what you're looking for, but you might want to look into something with VGA. I mean, just a plain color ppc looks fine and is pretty darn nice for xlobby-ing, but I've always wanted vga. I guess just for that little extra sharpness.

I use a Dell x5 also. It works great. I just purchased an Ambicon Wifi Card. I haven't had any connection problems with it.

I use Dell Axim X30 and a HP Ipaq hx4700 and they both work fine
