Almost any video card that has those outputs will be capable of more quality than those outputs can handle. The weakest part of your system is going to be the coaxial or s-video signal. If by RCA you mean component video then your odds are better. I've heard that the minimum for dvd playback of good quality is a gforce 6200, but that's what I have and I have experianced some issues with it... I've also heard that untill about the last couple cards that nvidia has been better for HTPC use than ATI, so unless you are buying the current top of the line you should be safe getting the newest Nvidia card you can afford.
