changing the contents of the files screen

i want to set up a series of folders under the databasses folder to hold things like pictures and music to consolidate all of the files to one location]
how can change the contents of the files screen to reflect what i want on it c:\xlobby\databases\data files\
is the location of the extra folders i have adeed 4 folders
when i go to the file screen thats all i want to see there

i figured this out not that big of a deal really just edited the files xml to show the new location of the folder i want to use
