How do I get the videp to play with Xlobby?

Hi.

I have select the movie path which has an .AVI movie file in the directory by pressing F2 menu.

However, I don't see the movie in the directory. It also won't play the movie in the file directory.

It has Microsoft media player as the default player and it also won't work with VLC player.

Please let me know if anyone has experience this problem or has a suggestion on something I should try.

You may have to add "avi" to the list of file extensions for the movie import.

F2 (Setup) > Databases > Import > Movies template and add "avi" to the extensions field.

Also, make sure the player you want is listed and enabled for avi in the File Types section.
