zoomplayer dual monitor setup

Postby jimgarrard on Wed Aug 30, 2006 3:20 am

I'm using Baddabing's Home Theater Touchscreen skin. I have the touch screen as my main screen and Projector as the second(extended desktop). When i open zoomplayer on the extended desktop it locks up. If i change zoomplayer to open on the main screen (touchscreen) it plays fine. This is only a problem when opening zoomplayer in XLobby. Is it a zoomplayer problem or XLobby?

String used
"%file%"

I have a dual setup as well but main screen = touch screen and the second one is the TV output on the graphics card. I've setup my Zoomplayer to use the second monitor and in fullscreen by default. So everytime I play a movie in XL or direcly from WinXP it plays the movie fullscreen on the TV. Check you Zoomplayer settings. It works beautifully

Are you saying Jim that you can run Zoomplayer on your projector/extended desktop no problem outside of Xlobby?

And when you say "string" do you mean the value under Command Line Switches in the File Types section of the Setup screen?

If so, try this value instead "/f %playlist%"

The problem is a zoomplayer configuration. For command line switch choose /f:2 "%parameter%". Fullscreen:monitor2
