HDTV tuner card

Hi all
I am looking for advice as to which is the best HDTV tuner card and software to use. I currently have HDTV from Cablevision in CT going into my monitor via component connection. I am using the Heavy Metal skin and noticed that there was a button for PVR and Sage TV was in some screen shots. I am interested in watching live tv as well as recording in HD for later viewing.

I understand that there is a card that can handle unscrambled cable channels (Divco Fusion III) I think, I would also like to have the ability to receive OTA broadcasts. I have read some not so hot reviews on the ATI HD wonder. thanks

If you haven't already, check out the HTPC section of avsforum. There are many discussions about HD turner cards.
