I use touchscreen and remote. Touchscreen is nice, but so is remote. You forgot wireless keyboard and airmouse. I dont think there is a "Best" way, each have their own needs.

I voted touchscreen as I think xlobby is perfect for a touchscreen I just wish the client wasn't so buggy.

a mouse you can move around in the air, it doesn't need a table

I love my pocketpc, but I'd have to say that a touchscreen mounted on my end table would kick ***.
