Xlobby trying to communicate at start up help

Hello

Does anybody know what part of Xlobby i can delete to stop it trying to communicate at start up. On the splash screen my Norton Security keeps blocking Xlobby access stopping it from loading unless i click accept on Norton? I click on ignore for this program but it blocks it each time.

Do you have weather setup on your skin?

Thanks the only one I can think of that loads at startup, unless you have http refresh checked in the F2 setup section.
