The TV series screens if i understand your meaning are the ones i use for my DVD TV series in my version of the skin. I included them in the main skin for people who may want to inplement them for their use.

You will need to use one of the icons in the images (i use the youtube icon (tv screen)), put it in the main menu screen and associate it an event to go to the tv series screen. From memory all the tv dvd events should be included to allow you to do this.

On the main TV screen i have a database cat set up of all the seasons titles with associated covers. I have "set database" set up as an event in F2 database for each season so when you click on a season cover the right database is populated in the tv episode screen for that season.

Just have a look at the events and you will see what i have done and you can tailor the databases to your content.

As an example I import each of my series into its own season database i have created such as Battlestar Galactica Season 1 - the import being D/tv series/battlestar galactica/season 1. Season 1 is the last link in the chain which for me then just loads all the episodes into the season 1database. I then just do season,2, 3, 4 the same.

Sorry for the questions , I have been pulling my hair out for 3 weeks trying to just see if tv series and episodes works on xlobby. By your response i see there is a way of doing it.
Thank u for explaining to me what to do, but obviously i am not as sharp as i thought i was With me being a newbie is there anywhere i can get a step by step (babies guide) walkthrough on how to get this tv series thing working.

lionking15, apologies...just looked at screens in skin and i never included my screens and events. I have now included them in main download on first page. I have also uploaded just the screens and events if you just wanted to drop them into the skin.

Anyway here are the instructions on how i handle TV DVD's (others will do it different but it works for me)

1.
I created a database for each season of shows i have (i will be working with Battlestar Galactica Season 3 as the example)

I then imported the episodes into the database like this. You can see the path names of how i have my shows stored.

It's a long process but i updated all the season details manually for each episode.

2.
I created a database called "tv shows" in Alt/F2

I then populated the database with all the seasons (edit), i linked the artwork i had copied from here http://www.thetvdb.com/ for each season.

Once i had done this i then clicked on "advanced" tab to add the "set database" event (i have included all my "set database" events in the skin (called "tv shows")), just edit so they match your shows.

Here i am doing Battlestar Galactica Season 3 as an example.

choose event by opening up the tv shows event tree and picking the "set database" event for the season.

This will ensure the correct Season details are populated in the TV Episode viewer screen

Repeat for each season.

Once done close set up and open skin editor and go to TV Shows screen. If everything is ok you should have a screen populated with your seasons. This is mine:

If no covers show up link your "tv shows" database to the cat:

Now when you click on a cover you should jump to the episode details screen if you have done the "set database" events correctly, the screen should look similar to this (ha, i linked the wrong cover - season 1 not 3, oh well u get the gist):

The flow screen should just work.

Go to main menu screen, add an icon for tv shows where u want it, link the event "go to tv shows" and close skin editor.

And that's how i do it.

(If you just drop in the screens/events into your skin you may find the menu back button may not work. If that's the case just link the event to the button from the tv shows events. The menu event has a reset database event linked to it. The flow button may be the same so just associate the go to screen event for it under tv shows events)

Hope it works out if you decide to give it a go.

looks nice, same way i do my skin, cause i have tons of tv series and anime series.
but i add the specific coverart for that season/episode video, not a button, either way looks great!.

side note:
i will be creating sorts/filters on the upload page, so you can pull up the files you want.
i added alot of video's i was playing with. i also fixed the reference url, was missing the www.

i am running your skin now, so far so good
little querks, like if you have a song playing, the main page overlays the image and the weather is behind it .
when you click on bottom left, you get the overlay, that overlay is missing few top buttons.
i'm still trying to find the control overlay.
to change my zones.

where did you hide that little page?
or is it not there, i can add my own overlay if needed.
