If I personally dont reply within 3 days, make a follow up post and I will get to you for sure. Some requests are complicated so it takes me sometime to think about it before I say I will do it. I encourage other people to discuss requests.....the more people who are interested in your request...the more likelyhood I will do it
If I delete your request, it doesn't mean I don't want to do it....sometimes I will delete them because I think I have accomplished what you wanted. If you find yourself saying "oh my god that prick just deleted my request" just make another one ok....I'm only human I can make mistakes.
Sometimes I will let requests just sit there waiting to see if anyone else is interested....the best thing you can do is just keep making followup posts asking if I'm going to do it or not.
