tried following instructions, server running, doesn't start:
Ok, you only need 2 files for this client program to work.

xlobby2sd.exe
servers.txt

You dont need anything else, make sure those 2 files are in the same folder.

HOW TO SETUP XLOBBY CLIENT ON A PC OR A PPC
-------------------------------------------

we have to edit the servers.txt file, it has the following format.

<server ip or name>:<start screen>

Here is what I would use in my servers.txt for a regular pc client.

192.168.1.101:menu

And for a pocket pc I would use this.

192.168.1.101:ppcmenu

Notice the difference, in the pocket pc's servers.txt I am specifying a pocket pc screen, designated by the "ppc" keyword at the beginning.

How TO RUN
----------------------

1. Make sure xlobby is running in server mode on your server machine.

2. Start xlobby2sd.exe

tatatoothy,
Those directions are out of date.

Go to the top of the web pages, hit help, then client setup.

You will see much more details on what to setup. My PPC setup looks like:

server:192.168.15.104
screen:ppcmenu
resolution:auto
quality:100%
navigation:true
unbindbuttons340,300
mimic:true
