In need of Sirius Plugin for this hardware

Has anyone worked with any of these RS232 or USB interfaces to Sirius:

There are other hardware examples out there and DLLs/Source is available. There are many windows apps already written so I guess I could do a girder interface but a plugin would be much better.

Any plugin programmers interested in this?
