Just go to http://www.tvtonic.com and install it. Then to can integrate it into Xlobby from the IE shortcuts it creates. I have Xlobby launch IE with the parameters from the fullscreen shortcut. I then use ALT+F4 to close it.
It has some good content like AP news, movie trailers, and video game awards. Only thing is that it does take up drive space (and bandwidth) because the content is downloaded (not streamed) to the computer.
