update mode

hi !

in the setup there are an update mode, why dont add in this list, the plugin off the french team ( xant, xmovewindow, xevent, xradio ...) and the best is if we have an event for create a screen for update xlobby.

ex :

create a category "update".

the parameter is the adress download files

and thes circle legend :

green : you are the lasted version
orange : you are a old version
red : you don't have this plugin

Agreed. Plus make a main installer for xlobby and I think alot more people would be interested in xlobby. I think xlobby needs to be made more user firendly.

I did create one for Steven.Its in the ftp but either he didn't like it or he forgot about it.

this request is not for an installer. but an update mode.

if you want an installer you have the Lar32 link or the french pack.

but doesn't it make sense to integrate the installer into the core XL code and not require an "add-on".

yes, if i get it right he's asking steven for an 'Xlobby Update' ala windows update that could be scheduled using a timer to check the Xlobby page for an updated exe, or updated plugin files...not an installer for the first time around
