thanks again for your post. I understand in general how this is supposed to work, but I am not familiar with skinning. Is there a skin that already includes the Mediaportal TV-functionallity and also the ppc-screens to control the functions from mediaportal tv?

I tried out your skin and setup. Respect your setup is really great! I just seem to have one challenge. After I started the MP-TV with my ppc, I cannot control the MP-TV via ppc screens. Nothing happens if I press any button. The only button that works is the one that closes MP. I can't change the channel or call up the menu from MP. It seems to me that xlobby looses communication to MP after starting MP. I checked the ppc-screens and the commands are in the screens. They just do not seem to be transmitted from the ppc via xlobby to MP. Do you have an idea what the reason could be?

Send me the logs in a mail and I'll see if I can see something. I want logs just after u try the buttons, and I want both xmptv.log from xlobby\logs and the mediaportal.log from mediaportal\logs


I tried it just now and the BACK, FULLSCREEN and the OSDBUTTON works here. Try those....
