Top Layer Cat resize

Hi

Would it be possible to add a resize feature in Cat/Display/Top Layer so if you had an image of a say DVD or CD cover you could size it so it sat over the cat image correctly. At the moment an image used in Top Layer is smaller...unless i have missed something and it can be done already!!?

If it cant be done at the moment i will add it to Mantis as a suggestion...it would help me alot...
