Importing movies. Please help!

I have all of my movies and covers backed up on my computer.

They are in the standard My Docs\My Videos.

eg.
The movie:

C:\Documents and Settings\Adam Wills\My Documents\My Videos\21 Grams.avi

The cover:

C:\Documents and Settings\Adam Wills\My Documents\My Videos\21 Grams.jpg


All of my movies have the same location:My Docs\My Videos.

How can I import the movies with associated coverart into xlobby? Could someone please past an example of the database template/metamask, as I have tried this but with no success.

The prefered layout is:
....\MyVideos\21Grams\21Grams.avi
....\MyVideos\21Grams\21Grams.jpg
.....\MyVideos\FindingNemo\FindingNemo.avi
.....\MyVideos\FindingNemo\FindingNemo.jpg
etc ....
(the cover art doesn't have to actually have the same name, but it makes it easier)
and you put the coverart in the movie's individual folder.
There are other ways to make it work, but this will be by far the least painless method.
