Can XL overlay menus over video?

Hi

Is it possible to overlay xlobby menus over zoomplayer or other application video?

I am looking to be able to create an information display over TV video.

Girder seems to be able to do this but then the OSD is not as "adjustable" as Xlobby.

I have looked in the forum and dont see this mentioned anywhere.

No, unfortunately, not possible.... Maybe with XLobby 3

Yes, via plugin for sure, but that needs yet to be implemented

I really ment that it can be done, but not using the standard overlays.

The only way I can think of doing it now (given writing a plugin is beyond me) is to use the xmovewindow to put a video window on an xlobby screen and then use the bottom of the screen as an xlobby info display. That way I can bring up the menu with some video on it and have xlobby info on the same screen.

Im not sure how successful it will be when I try to bring up this window in front of the full screen video and then bring full screen video back. I wouldn't be surprised if it would break badly.

I might give it a try though.
