CF wifi card for Axim X5

I'm hoping for some feedback on success, or lack there of, with different CF wifi cards and the Axim x5. I really want to know if they will resume the xlobby client session from standby or if they will cause the client to fail. I'm currenly using a CF wired network card and resume works perfectly.

rhinoman reports that the origo cards work in his x5 without needing a restart.

I can't seem to find this card anywhere. Has anyone else had success with cards that are still available on ebay. There seems to be lots of Sandisk combo storage wifi cards:

I have an Axim X5 with a Dell TrueMoble 1180 CF wifi card

I've had hit and miss success with getting it to automatically reconnect when turning back on. I can say it has worked... but it never seemed consistant enough. The closer I am with it to my access point it seems to have a better chance of reconnecting. So it seems like its more an issue of signal strength than xlobby.

That is interesting and helpful info. If you are near the AP, say within 20 feet, does it work every time? Or is it always spotty, but just less so when near?
