Where do I get the cdex plugin

Help... I can not find the cdex plugin it is not in my plugin directory... nor can I find a place to download it?

You should be able to just go to the setup menu (f2) then go to the download tab and download it from there. It will put it in the downloads folder where you are running xlobby.. Then just put it in your plugins folder, and restart xlobby.
