Tick sound when xlobby is running

Hello,

Something strange is happening. When XLobby is on, I get a tick sound every minute or so. It is not so loud but I don't know what causes it. It isn't the newest build (39 or something, it is a tweaked Jowaldo skin, with FM radio card, traffic info, babycam etc, so I don't change it evry time a new build becomes available).
It uses:
Girder
Winamp
Terratec Synergy Radio/Tv card.

Any sugestions where to look?

maybe your skin uses a website that gets updated constantly I think that might cause a tick. Also check the sounds directory in the skin for a sound that sounds like the one your hearing.
