text box can I have "next page" button

Hi
If I have a text box with to much text to fit into it.How do I make it possible to see the rest of the text.
next item
next page

cant figure it out.please help me out.I cant lower the font cause then I cant see it on the tv.

please help me. I saw that the music page in Stevens Prerelease does this but how do I do it for news and for my MelaMaster databse. Tried to duplicate the musicviewer but I get no text at all then.
