Can I stream HDTV to client?

A few questions here.

I'm looking for a program that can stream my HDTV wonder from upstairs to a laptop downstairs. Can Xlobby do this?

Even better - I'd like to be able to stream to my XBOX in my basement which uses XBMC - is this possible?

xlobby is just a frontend with no internal players at all

if you use MyTheatre, you can stream it, but you cannot change the channels on the client...
