girder payload?

I have eventstring being sent to girder properly, but would like to add a payload to the event.

I would like to do something like the following:

tv_record variable1

where variable 1 would be %epg>channel%. Is something like this possible, and how do I correctly enter the variable in the eventsting window.

You can use event.exe in the girder folder...

Event.exe also allows you to use payloads and is faster then the girder.exe -eventstring version.

event.exe <eventstring> [device] [pld1] [pld2] [pld3] [-silent]
event.exe hello -silent

I believe with this version, you can send in three strings as the payloads 1-3. To use this, browse for the event.exe file(normally C:\Program Files\girder32\event.exe) and enter parameters as needed.
