How can I add a sort event to a database upon XL startup

I would like to sort my favorites by name instead of number. The favorites database is created each time XL starts. Whent he database is created, it automatically sorts by number. I was informded that I would need to create a sort event for that database upon startup of XL. Is there someplace I can look to find out how to do this?
