How "File types" should work on pre17

Hello,

I guess that some of you are using file types for changing the default player of some files (for me, it's .avi)

File types worked a few version before but I'm no more able to use this feature. Only zoomplayer is called, no other executables :?:

Has someone a tips for using file types with new versions?
I saw a thread about theatertek, is it related?

I confirm this "bug". I had to solver it with a button that calls a executable.

It's time for Steven to bugfix ALOT and stop working on new features.
(I'll get flamed for that one!!!)

No,

I agree with you. It's gotten to the stage where I can't use any of the newer patches because of the instability they introduce. It would be great if Steven could release 40.2 final with little in the way of added functionality but all of the bugs ironed out.

It would be interesting to know what further functionality changes Steven plans to introduce before taking XLobby to Beta.
