Music: Song plays twice

Hi
I've noticed lately that songs are playing twice when loaded from a playlist. Anyone else noticed this?

Using foobar, one zone. Latest bleeding. Happens on test rigg not the real htpc:s cause I do not update that often there.

i'm not using foobar, i'm using all default, no issues, i ran thru all my playlists trying to get something to duplicate.
And i see nothing wrong with hearing the smiths 2x more !!!!!
