Help with implementing RSS in XLobby

I've searched the forum but can't find a basic introduction to setting up RSS databases to use in XLobby. I'm very new to this so a basic guide discussing how to implement this with the skin editor would be great. Is there a guide for this?

I'm trying to have an RSS feed scroll inside a text box (for example, see the stock tickers at the top of http://www.supertalk1560.com/ ). I have the box on the screen and the first item is scrolling but it only repeats the first item. Is there a guide or post that explains how to set this up? Any help would be great.

I think you would need scrolling category which you cant do. You maybe able to fake it by creating a delayed event that changes the display every so often, but It would be less than ideal some short news would repeat and long would get cut off. Just an idea.
