Drag-n-Drop skin builder?

Is there a Drag-n-Drop skin builder like Tonto is for Netremote and the Pronto remote?

I use Netremote now but I could easily see myself using XLobby if it grows to cover the features/functionality that Netremote has.

Did you try the built in skin editor? Just hit the pause/break key to get into it.
