by theendisnye on Fri Dec 24, 2004 8:58 pm I am using Xlobby and Winamp when I play back an MP3 I suddenly experience bursts of high around 60% CPU usage which cause a 'break' in the MP3 playing, usually it is circa 5% CPU usage. I exited XLobby and let the performance monitor on, with no CPU blips. Has anyone else experienced this and where shoudl I start looking to resolve?
I have a reasonably specd machine with 3GHz Athlon processor.
