My only complaint - and a minor one - is that when I need to attend to something on the server and hit show desktop (Windows D), XL will pop up and overlay what I'm doing. For example, importing a new picture from a client.
Same with clients when I do stuff.
IMO, XL should stay "submerged" until manually re-maximized.

i actually have a minimize button on my home screen.
and an X to close.

so i can kill my XL session, or just minimize it, if i have to work on something.

works great.
