Execute an event from within an event

Is it possible to create an Xlobby event which is a bunch of sequential Xlobby commands (like "button state set"), then execute this from within another XLobby event?

I saw in Baddabings TSI skin an event called "run event," which had parameters of "toggle" and "all." I know of no Xlobby "Run Event," but is there some work around that Badabing found?

(I believe what is supposed to happen is that the button states of about 6 buttons are supposed to get reset. Since this would requore several Xlobby "button set state" commands, which will all be called from several OTHER events, it looks like perhaps Baddabing found a way to create an Xlobby event subprogram )
