custom search wildcard

Hello all !

Is it possible to add wildcard to the custom search Value field ?

I spend a lot of time to tag all my music collection with genre (10 entries) and for each genre , i got some sub genre . So now, all my mp3 are tagged like genre/subGenre .
In my skin, i've put 10 little buttons, that will allow me to "filter" the music database by genre .
I've tried the custom search event , but i can't retrieve for instance all Rock album because they are tagged Rock/Pop or Rock/Metal ....

Someone try to do this ? or an idea to do ?

I don't think it is possible (but I'm interested if anyone has a solution).

I think that the correct name for such caracters (?,*) is "wildcard", not withe card. Probably it is better to change your post title (May be you will be more lucky) :wink:

Concerning the search, I've tried another solution ...
Combining several custom searches in one event, but in vain , the result is the result of the last custom search ... :cry:
