Mame ?

I have mame all setup and working but in the arguments of the execute file area I have "%MAME>parameter%" and this works fine with the quotes.

If I try "%MAME>parameter%" -skip_disclaimer -skip_gameinfo the game won't launch.

If I try "%MAME>parameter% -skip_disclaimer -skip_gameinfo the game will launch but I still get the type OK box and info screen.

If I try without any quotes it won't lauch.

What am I doing wrong???

I never use mame but I did a quick search and I couldnt find the -skip_disclaimer option...so I dont know if it exists. Either way though you should probably change those settings in your mame.ini instead of passing them to the mame.exe

I just found out I was using the wrong version of MAME. I needed MAMEP and the skip_disclaimer option worked fine.
