New weather plugin timeout information.

Steven,

I like the new weather plugin, but there's one thing that bothers me:

If there's no connection to the internet,a popup shows up saying timeout.

Can you remove this notification ?
In an HTPC application there should be no Windows like popups.

damn I cant believe I left that in there, it was for debugging. Anyways you can download the new version through F2 or here
