Skinjob on fly (reboot allowed)

i could swear ive done this in the past but now that im looking couldnt find a command for setting skin, there was one for changing theme but this is not good enuf. So am i just missing the command or was there a french plugin everybody used for the purpose or what? Please, Keep it strickly freelobby. (i know its easy to plugin, i just wanna see if its there already before remaking the wheel)

nevermind, found it: Xchangeskin thanks to marbles' plugin list. but i have addiotinal question: is there a plugin which takes screen shots of the skins? cause i remember somebody was on it...
