PICTURES fonctionnality!!!

Hello Steven,

I work and have fun with Xlobby for 6 months, and with the french team, we have make a lot of works.

We will try to show to everybody our new fonctions done with our plug in: Xant to make database for movies, games, videos, comics, Xmovewindow to integrate video and visualisation, Xradio to listen to the radio from internet in xlobby,...

I ask you only one thing...
I know the most important now is to develop the tv and epg fonctions

BUT, I think the pictures fonction is not very great...
We see the background of the skin when the pictures are vertical,
And the transitions are not very cool (there is now transition...)

I think that would be great if you can try to make a picture viewer like the one in myhtpc 1:
with -folder navigation
-dissolve transitions
-black background
I don't know the difficulty of this thing, but if you can do that, it would be really really great!!!!

There are others progs taht make transitions like that:
Adobe photoshop album2
Windows media center 2004 with great move and transitions!!!!

I don't like myhtpc and windows mediacenter.
I use only Xlobby, wich is the best frontend I know, and I regreat only that the pictures module has not all these fonctionnalities!!!

It's possible to change the time!!!
Go to misc (after hit F2 on your keyboard to go in the setup tab)
You wille see the box to change the transitions time.

I agree with that and support these requests

Yes, but it'd be nice if you could change the time through the xlobby interface i.e. button w/o having to go to the setup dialog...

yes, it would be nice if we could change the transitions time with a button like the volume bar :lol:

No these things aren't impossible to add, but I want to keep fixing bugs instead of adding new things right now.
