Please help me with my autoplay function?

It really doesn't work here. So if anybody can do it for me please ?

I'm working on a Carputer so the skin is allmost ready, only it has to ask to play a cd if i put one in and that doens't work atm.

Are you able to get a event to run when you enter the cd, but can't play it after that, or are you not able to get the autoplay to trigger?

If you just need the autoplay to trigger, all you do is go to the setup menu (f2) then the misc tab, and under autoplay if "audio cd isn't there already, under name type audio cd then under extentions: cda

Then assign an event for your skin to run. I have mine setup so it opens an overlay asking what you want to do... Play, Copy (cdex), or cancel.

Play audi ocd works fine but how can i know let it play AVI, mpg,dvd? That isn't in the events manager yet ? :roll:

In setup goto and enter any file extension you want. My dvds looks for
"video_ts". You will need to enter an extension for every thing that xlobby must 'watch' for.

Any event you want!!

I have a overlay that says "movie detected" as the title and 3 buttons.

1 - Play (Plays in Zoom)
2 - Rip
3 - Close.

Create a new event "show overlay: 'name of your overlay' and 'associate' it with the event button where you put your file extensions.

EG. I add a new event in event manager that goes to a specific screen and dims the lights. I add avi as a file extension and click the event button and pick my newly created event.

I still haven't found it, could somebody help me please? I'll post it so you can download and add the funtion. I don't need to see an overlay or anything like that,
If i insert a
-DVD
-MPG cd
-AVI cd
-MP3 cd
It just needs to play ! or can i just add those .*** to the audio cd autoplay function?

If i add those extensions, it doesn't play the DVD, it plays MPG and avi into winamp and small screen so that's wrong, it has to play video in zoomp.
