Need help with PPC and xlobby2sd.exe

I stored the servers.txt and xlobby2sd in a folder on my PPC (an AXIM). I installed .net compact framework.

I then set up servers.txt to be 192.168.15.100:ppcmenu per the readme file.

However, when I launch xlobby2sd.exe the busy curser appoears for 1-2 seconds, then goes away and nothing happens. This also happens when I tried to run it on my pc. What am I missing?

Check out the help, the text document is not quite upto date, the newer exe needs a little more in the server text file.
